I will not say it is a good idea to slid condoms with newspaper in morning :)....it would be right if people read newspaper have published in night, however :P...because public which read newspapers are decent enough to understand the use of condoms...but the targetted public should be that class which never ever think or capable of buying and reading newspaper..this plan will work better for BillGates country but not 4 india where people dont have enough money to fill their hunger...Instead of copying Govt. should comeup with new indigenous ideas!!!
Shiaz bhai can you please suggest some indigenous idea...
